- 300 ml heavy cream cold, 35% fat
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract

- 200 g ladyfinger biscuits savoiardi
For Finishing
- 4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Prepare CoffeeBrew strong espresso and let it cool. Stir in liqueur if using. Make CreamIn a chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.In another bowl, beat mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until combined. LayeringQuickly dip ladyfingers into the cooled coffee (do not soak).Arrange a single layer in a 9x13 inch dish.Spread half of the cream mixture on top.Repeat with another layer of coffee-dipped ladyfingers.Spread remaining cream on top. Chill & FinishCover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours .(Best - overnight)Just before serving, dust generously with cocoa powder.
