- Chicken fillet – 150–200 g
- Heavy cream 30% – 150–200 g
- Spinach – 4 bunches
- Onion – 1 large
- Salt – to taste
- Ground black pepper – to taste
- Parmesan cheese – 100 g
- Cherry tomatoes – a few pieces
- Butter or clarified butter – for frying
Step By Step instructions :
1.Prepare the chicken:
Rinse the chicken fillet, pat it dry, and cut into small pieces. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Fry the chicken pieces briefly in a skillet—just until lightly golden. Do not overcook. Transfer to a plate.
2.Cook the onion:
Finely chop the onion and fry in the skillet with butter until golden brown.
3.Add spinach and cream:
Add the spinach leaves (use whole leaves, removing only the thick stems). Pour in the cream, add the chicken pieces back into the pan, and let everything simmer together for 5–6 minutes.
