Leave for 30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dough:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Add melted butter, eggs, salt, and the rest of the sugar. Gradually mix in the remaining flour until smooth. Let rise for 1.5 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Filling:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Salt onions, then add peppers and grated carrot. Cook until soft. Add cabbage and salt, cook under lid. Roll out the larger piece and place it in a greased baking dish, adding the filling. Cover with strips or lattice from the smaller piece.
