I came up with the recipe by mixing what I had on hand &#8211; ricotta, cottage cheese, and a little Labne for creaminess. It turned out so soft, smooth, and just perfect. The filling is delicate, the base is buttery, and the whole thing feels cozy and homemade. I\u2019ve made it many times, and it never disappoints &#8211; it\u2019s the kind of cheesecake you\u2019ll fall in love with!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1050\" height=\"1080\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/jaylasfood.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/IMG_1704_VSCO.jpg?fit=996%2C1024&amp;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-159\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/jaylasfood.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/IMG_1704_VSCO.jpg?w=1050&amp;ssl=1 1050w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/jaylasfood.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/IMG_1704_VSCO.jpg?resize=292%2C300&amp;ssl=1 292w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/jaylasfood.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/IMG_1704_VSCO.jpg?resize=996%2C1024&amp;ssl=1 996w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/jaylasfood.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/IMG_1704_VSCO.jpg?resize=768%2C790&amp;ssl=1 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 814px) 100vw, 814px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83e\uddfe Ingredients (24 cm springform)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>For the base:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">250 g biscuits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">100 g unsalted butter, melted<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">2 tbsp sour cream<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>For the cream filling:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">200 g ricotta cheese<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">270 g smooth cottage cheese (non-grainy)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">100 g Labne cheese<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">250 g sweetened condensed milk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">1 sachet vanilla sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">2 eggs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83e\udd63 Instructions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Prepare the base:<\/strong><br>Crush the biscuits into fine crumbs. Mix in melted butter and sour cream until the texture holds when pressed. Line the base of a 24 cm springform pan with parchment paper and lightly grease the sides. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides. Chill in the freezer for 20 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Make the cream:<\/strong><br>Blend the cottage cheese until smooth. Add condensed milk, vanilla sugar, and eggs; mix until creamy. In a separate bowl, stir together ricotta and Labne, then gently fold into the main mixture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Bake:<\/strong><br>Preheat oven to <strong>200\u00b0C<\/strong>. Place a pan of water on the oven floor. Pour the filling into the crust. Bake at 200\u00b0C for 10 minutes, then reduce to <strong>140\u00b0C<\/strong> and bake for another 45\u201350 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Cool &amp; chill:<\/strong><br>Let the cheesecake cool completely at room temperature.
